Where to put the citations:
These are various responses from librarians on LM-Net about how they cite sources on powerpoint:
"Usually, they have a works cited slide and "in text" citations on
the individual sides."

"We usually have works cited on slides at the end."

"I always have the students put the URL alongside the image, much
like how images in magazines or newspapers are attributed."

"Provide a caption citation for all direct quotations and /or images on your PowerPoint slides."

So there seems no standard method as long as the source is cited!
